What are the differences between the models, 01,02,03 ? One is the eyebrow windows. The other appears to involve the Jetstar planes.

Pretty much...
Model.01 is with the eyebrow windows.
Model.02 is without the eyebrow windows.
Model.03 is special for the JetStar repaints.

My understanding is ....
1 model has the classic DC9 eyebrow window above the main FD windows.
The 2nd model lacks this eyebrow window feature .... not all B717's had it.
And .... the 3rd model simply features different texture mapping (for the lower fuselage I berlieve) to aid painters.

Personally .... i'm not sure what they've got .... because without our own a panel .... yet .... I've been less involved with the B717's.
HOWEVER .... if those models, or at least some of them, don't have ventral airstairs .... then there'll be a darned good reason for that !

What, no model with the rear airstairs?!? If you can convince Boeing to reopen the production line and build some with rear stairs, I will gladly put them into the plane. However, since none were built with rear stairs, I didn't put them into the model. I did include the optional front stairs though. Nick

Yup, they still had the tail cone exit. The rear stairs were offered as an option as well, however they added a few thousand pounds to the empty weight and no operators felt they were worth the reduced payload.

I get it, Nick, we won't be seeing rear stairs on the 717.
How about the 'Business Express' 717, will that be represented by HJG?
Thanks for all the great work guys!! Kevin

How about the 'Business Express' 717, will that be represented by HJG? Well, since I can find no record of any actually being built, that would be a no. Nick
