Mark mentions (on the CBFS forum) updated 707 FDEs by George Carty to go with his new panels - and also improved smoke effects. I am assuming that to take advantage of everything, I will need to re-download the 707 core packs containing the FDE and also the effects file to ensure the panels work correctly.
Is this right, or is it simpler?

OK, I'm up and running now. I understand that the flight dynamics in the base packs dated 5th June are the latest - which I already had.
The altered FDEs mentioned in posts are those changes referred to in the panel manual which have to be changed manually. (radios, fuel, autopilot). I have followed the instructions and flown the aircraft (320B/C/420) and everything seems to be fine.
The aircraft/panel are a joy to fly and I would like to congratulate everybody concerned. They are the icing on the cake of a terrific collection of aircraft. Thanks, guys.
