Thanks Mark! Here are two more black-nosed American birds, both ostensibly circa 1993 (not that their appearance changed much throughout their careers!): MD-82 N400AA, still with the older round tailcone MD-83 N564AA, with the new flat style

Thanks as always! Your statement reminds me that despite painting these, I don't think I've set foot on an American plane in about 20 years...but since most of my family is on the East Coast and southeast, Delta always made the most sense for us. Still, the MD-80s were always a fixture in Omaha when I was growing up (alongside the occasional Fokker F100), and it's a little sad to finally see them on their way out!

Had some plans get cancelled for the day, so I knocked out some fictional DC-9s that might get sent off for uploading if people are interested: Had Janet/EG&G opted for secondhand DC-9s instead of T-43s/737-200s, these might have been the mysterious planes flying in and out of Las Vegas: This one was inspired by this C-135B ( www.airliners.net/photo/USA-Air-Force/Boeing-C-135B-Stratolifter-717-158/1135335 ), so I present the VC-9A: And lastly, had American waited a year or two and opted for the DC-9 instead of the BAC-111 (partially inspired by the existing fictional United DC-9), it might have looked something like this: Enjoy!

Spent some time this weekend working on some Freight (Mad) Dogs, and here they are: MD-83SF N831US of USA Jet, 2015 MD-82SF XA-UTX of Aeronaves TSM, 2015 MD-83SF XA-UVG, also of Aeronaves in their full livery

Those will be very well receive Erik .... because they're something of "s rarity". Things may change in the future .... but .... last I heard was the MD-80 freighter conversion program wasn't as popular as was anticipated .... and non-the-less these are rare and much appreciated subjects indeed I think I may have "solve" the reported MD-81/82/93/88 rotation issue too .... but .... need to undertake a lot more testing (in various conditions and with a variety of loadings) just to be sure. Haha, yep, that was the idea! I thought the MD-80 freighters needed some sprucing up, seeing as one of the two liveries currently available was entirely blank white After some initial struggles with the paint kit, my attempt to branch out to the 737 seems to be successful! This is N308AW of America West, as it looked roughly around 1992.

Glad you all like 'em! The MD-80 is a fun one to paint, so hopefully there will be some more freighters to add to the fleet in the future. The previous five MD-80s have been sent off for processing; the next batch will feature the cargo aircraft, the America West 737, and then this one: United Airlines 737-322 N372UA, as seen around 2007 The chips in the paint are intentional; when UA had the fleet painted in the "Rising Blue" scheme, there were more than a few planes exhibiting that peeling after a short time back in service. A -500 in this livery will follow soon (and thankfully the tail can be reused- that was a bit of a pain to paint!).

Three more 737s that are just about ready: United 737-500, N923UA (2007) Southwest 737-300, N352SW in the Lone Star One livery (1994). A later version with the blue tail as it looked around 2006 will also be available. Southwest 737-300, N383SW in the Arizona One livery. This one will also have both tail variations. Lining all the stripes up is not the easiest thing I've ever done, but I think the result turned out alright
