Camilo´s Place Had lunch today here in BOG weith Camilo and his dad .... gracias amigos por el muy buen almuerzo During our meeting Camilo showed me his ensemble of AI traffic .... as per the images below .... and which (as per the title name of this particular thread) I can only describe being "Camilo´s Place" .... Incidentally folks .... this ramp scene (Camilo´s Place) in´t composed of our own AI traffic .... it´s our own UI models and textures being use as AI traffic .... with a bit of other AI stuff added too and is evident taxiing in the background. A very nice virtual ramp scene of Latin American based cargo haulers .... very nicely accomplished Carmilo ,) Mark C BOG/CO

I rely on MyTraffic 2006 for vintage jet AI traffic. Whoever is familiar with that addon, knows why these screenshots are such a treat for my eyes...

I wish I have for FSX Deluxe the computer bug free fleets of Eastern AI, TWA AI, Air Florida AI, BCAL AI, CpAir AI, Wardair AI, Pan Am AI, and few retro airline AIs

Here are some new images of the loading ramp at Eldorado airport in Bogota in 1980's. This is the original ramp that today has totally changed Two different time of day scenarios. I hope you enjoy. Camilo.

"THAT" .... is SKBO/BOG alright .... otherwise known as el Aeropuerto El Dorado De Bogota, a la Republca de Colombia .... or to me .... my other stamping ground of the past almost 20 years. Location .... 4.7014° N, 74.1445° W Airport elevation .... 8,361 FT Magnetic Variation .... 7* West Available RWY´s .... - 13L/31R 12.467 FT (asphalt) - 13R/31L 12.467 FT (asphalt) Airport Communications .... - BOGOTA Approach: 119.50 - BOGOTA ATIS: 113.90 - BOGOTA Tower: 118.10 - ELDORADO Tower: 118.25 Navigation Aids .... - SOA SOACHA 108.60 - BOG BOGOTA 113.90 - ZIP ZIPAQUIRA 114.70 - ABL AMBALEMA 112.70 INFORMATION/HISTORY: "AEROPUERTO EL DORADO DE BOGOTA"en.wikipedia.org/wiki/El_Dorado_International_AirportEach of these last 4 views are oriented towards the north east .... looking over the old cargo ramp .... with part of the 13L/31R and it´s assoiciated main taxiway visible in the central foreground .... backgrounded by part of the western Cordillera de Los Andes which are located within relatively close proximity of the airport and rise to around 10,000 FT (+) in places. As Camilo sais .... this last set if 4 images (above) are how the cargo ramp looked back in the 1980´s. Today .... it bears no resemblance to this at all. Since around 2006/7 el Aeropuerto El Dorado De Bogota has undergone "MAJOR" redevelopment (as a frequent visitor 2 or 3 times each year to Colombia since 2000 I can say it needed it) .... and to such an extent that its now regard as "one of, if not the", best and most modern airports facilities within the entire Latin American region .... to which Bogota is one of the prime gateways .... as well as to North Americsn and European ports also. The first 4 images in this presentation represent KMIA/MIA .... but .... I don´t know what period. The B707´s and DC-8´s being used as AI Traffic within the last set of 4 images (SKBO/BOG) are actually our own/HJG UI Models and liveries. I don´t know where Camilo acquired his B727 AI Traffic and which is also evident within the background of some of these images. Mark C BOG/CO

Camilo, lindo tráfico, felicitaciones!! Where did you get all the flightplans? That red 727 back there is what sparked my love for aviation.
I'm thinking about ditching all my 2018 AI traffic (with 787, A350 and A380) and replace it with something more 1998-2000 for both FS9 and FSX.
