Hello guys!
I have a small problem I'm running into with the DC-10 panels, not sure if it's a limitation of FS2004 or if I'm configuring something incorrectly.
When I select a VOR station on the #2 Nav radio, it does not feed information to the CDI needle on the FO's HSI, although I do get a DME readout and the TO/FROM indicator works. The RMIs on both Captain and FO panels do get the Nav 2 signal as well.
If I go to the overhead panel and select the #2 Nav radio to feed both HSI's, neither one has a working CDI needle.
I've tried searching through the documentation but could not find anything obvious I may have overlooked.
Has anybody else run into this issue? It's not a big deal since Nav 1 works fine, just curious if there may be a simple setup error on my part.
Thanks!

Could well be .... I suspect.
Both NAV1 and NAV2 are, or should be, equally navigable .... and that's from either captain or F/O maim panels ..... so far as I'm aware.
I've not been informed of, nor seen any reports concerning, any such anomally.
Best I get George to look at this .... since my own time is pretty limited at the moment in due to ongoing administration priorities.

Thanks for the quick reply Mark! Don't worry about it, if it's working for you then it's likely an issue with my own installation. I'll look into it and report my findings if I figure out the problen.
Thanks!

George has just performed an analysis of the NAV2 radio in the DC-10 panels. He confirms there is a "minor" issue with the NAV2 radio. He has provided a fix .... which we'll release ASAP. From our perspective .... this minor issue was never caught during testing (sometime small details can be missed during even the most extensive and prolonged pre-release testing .... even some R/W aerospace companies have been caught by this too it seems), and it obviously hasn't been detected, and reported, by anyone else until now either. Thanks for your HU "MIRAGEIIIC" .... and thanks for you prompt action too George Again .... we'll get a replace DC-10 Panels Gauges/Core Files package released ASAP. Mark C AKL/NZ

Guys It looks like you have worked your magic again. Test of the fix was a success, HSI's work perfectly on both Captain and FO panels in each mode possible. Thanks for your efforts!

Wasn't the fix included in the May 21 update?

Yes it was and as supplied .... this being the V2.3 gauges/core files released on the 21st .... and which was "confirmed" to have successfully addressed the minor reported issue just prior to it's re-release on the 21st.
Release of the V2.3 file/fix was announced per our recent web site update notice and orientation/service notice .... plus within our recently released external PR notices too.
