Love those quirky Russian tubes. Would be great if the original designers of the Tupolev 154's and Ilyushin's etc could design for P3D. But they seem to have moved on...

Great set of pics Walter. Pleased to see you got the good ‘ol girl (FS9) up and running again.
Cheers, Nathan

Hi Nathan: Thanks to my Hangar full with Soviet Hardware not working well with FSx I stay with FS9 and thanks to the useful posts here about running FS9 without the CD rom. Thanks to all of you!!! especially: My experience is that FS9 and FSX will only run on Windows 10 if you install a "No CD" crack, because Windows 10 removed the secdrv.sys driver required by the DRM used on their discs (along with the discs of many other older Windows games). Very nice set of SS of the Aeroflot TU-104 Walter. And thanks Nathan for the tip regarding the use of No CD for Windows 10. Herman

Hi: In the history of aviation the 104 stood out aS the 2nd Jet Airliner after the Comet. For flightsimmers it is a real handful to fly: only a very basic AP, No AT but a good simulation of the navigation Methods of These Times. The 134 has even an AT and can fly itself to minimums on an ILS or Cruise Grand circles. Both simulations are worthwhile a try. Kind regards Walter

In the case of many of these Russian simulations/panels .... hovering one's mouse curser above a gauge, or switch, identifies precisely what that gauge/switch is and "in English" ..... provided one has the FS TOOL TIPS (I think it is) option enabled.
Beyond that .... it's really no more difficult than learning any other comprehensive new panel "in English" .... given everything becomes intuitive/obvious with repeated use and greater familiarity.
At least that's been my own experience.

not all of them though... I spent a late evening going through it on the 134 and not able to find more than 5 with tool tips!!
