Thanks for the flowers, I posted N 712NA also to comemorate this aircraft which was destroyed at Moffet AB without casualities. The sister ship N 711NA did not have such a lucky end, as all 11 souls onboard died. The crash hapened also at Moffet AB.

Didnt know about the faith of these two NASA ships CVs. Sadly for the 711 which causes lifes.
I like the shape of this Aircraft and your post inspired me for a future Video with a presentation of a CV990A.

Hi Michael: The 3rd CV 990 NASA was Using still exists at Static Display at the entrance of Mojave Space Center. With this aircraft N-810NA the landing Gear Tests for the Space Shuttle were done. Kind regards Walter
