Should I use the light placement set up A2a Simulations site using Vistaliners for the HJG aircraft? Can not find a mention for HJG Aircraft.

I don't see any reason why you can't/shouldn't, but, it's up to "you" to make it work .... if you can.
As it's "not" HJG supplied data we "don't/can't" support it.
I recall someone did post reference data for A2A lighting (REDUX I think it was) on this forum several years ago (prior to 2015), but, if this included B727 lighting data then it'll possibly be no longer applicable to some of what we offer .... in respect of the B727-200's (only) at least.
Whilst the HJG hosted B727-200's are based on the original VISTALINER 3D model's what we offer here's "slightly different" due to edit's Paul applied to these models (-200's only) back in 2015.
Apart from physical edits applied to these models Paul also changed the wing tip lighting position on some versions in order to better represent what we wanted to offer .... hence standard A2A/REDUUX data for the VISTALINERS B727's (if such a thing exists) may not properly align unless replacement effects data can just be added to the current LIGHTING positions in each CFG.

As usual .... my phenomenally long and clear memory serves me well Someone "DID" post REDUX/SHOCKWAVE lighting for a number of the HJG represented aircraft .... "back in 2012". Here's the link to that old thread .... data compiled David RIVERA .... tonymadgehjg.proboards.com/thread/5151/shockwave-lights-hjg-aircraft"If the above data's still applicable" .... then bear in mind what I've mentioned above in regard to the fact HJG "don't/can't/won't provide support for it and that the lighting positions on some B727-200 models changed during 2015. Best I can do for you "DELTA1973" Mark C AKL/NZ

There's a bit of additional and more recent lighting data "HERE" (per the following forum link) .... compiled by both Benoit and Nathan during 2016 .... tonymadgehjg.proboards.com/thread/8268/dc-10-shockwave-lightsIt's for the DC-10's only though. Our DC-10's were last updated during 2018 but I don't think their default lighting data changed. Mark C AKL/NZ
