JEEZE .... that looks really nice ! .... and with the SATURN -55F too that's what I now call a nice happy and united family Tony .... I think you'll be able to resolve the missing cargo pallets problem (and indeed interior texturing of both the freight door and fuselage too) by borrowing each of the 4 following named texture bitmaps from any current DC8-61F or -61CF .... then applying these to your SATURN texture set/s C-DECK C-DECK_L CONTAIN2 CONTAIN2_LFunny this should come up today .... because I was only playing with these same textures yesterday with regard to another DC8F. double checked and they are still there! However I have not had a problem as the cabin etc show textures just no pallets!!!!thats why I think its a model fault??

Hi Garry, the load moves up and down the cabin with Shift-W but other than that no... ps:will try and chat tonight

And please keep me up to date too Tony. If there is indeed a model problem, I want to be able to fix it. But this model has been around for a long time now, and I've not ever heard of any...

Thanks Dee, I am wondering if its my set up, the DC8-63CF cargo shows up and moves up the cabin when the shift-W keys are used same with the DC8-50F but this one seems to show no cargo at all...like I say I could do with someone downloading the base pack and my repaint to see if its me!! probably is

Maybe just maybe... Make sure you have that extra contact point written in at the bottom of all the landing gear contact points in the Aircraft.cfg file. Maybe...

Hi Tony and Dee I had never used the cargo models, therefore I've just download and installed your Saturn livery and there are several mishaps: I am unable to open the cargo door or any other door except the front passenger door with the default shift+E. Shift+W isn't working for the pallets nor the wingfold or the tailhook can be used(which is assigned to the landing lights on the aircraft.cfg). I then download the DC-8-62F (your beautiful Arrow livery) and the DC-8-71F (UPS livery) and checked their Aircraft.cfg. 1- Your contact points for the -61f is identical to mine and is missing the following from the -71f: //Cargo containers point.7=5, 0.0, 0.0, 0.0, 0, 0, 0.0, 0.0, 0.0, 0.0, 0.0, 1.0, 1.2, 0, 0.0, 0.02-There are no exits assigned. On the -62 there is only one exit which MSFS uses for the cargo door and the palletes then show after you open the cargo door and Shift+W works by moving them forward and back. On the -71f these are the exits: [exits] number_of_exits=2 exit_rate.0=0.4 ;Percent per second exit_rate.1=0.5 ;Percent per second3- On the -61f (Saturn) the pallets don't show at all. I then proceed to change the aircraft.cfg by adding the missing bits mentioned above in bold. Everything now works! As Tom Gibson uses to say: Hope this helps
