Those of you who use nVidia graphics cards - do you set AA as application controlled or do you set your own (2x, 4x, 8x, 16x) in the nVidia control panel ?
I have just upgraded to a 8600GT from a 7200 GS and don't really notice an improvement in framerates.
Regards Trevor

Hi Ben
1. What frame rates are you getting with AA on and weather set ?
2. What processor do you have ?

Dont Laugh 1. I.E. Heavy Storms/Or Heavy Cumulus about 10-15FPS (doesn't bother me because I only paint, I don't fly). 2. Processor? 3.0GHz Pentuim 4 630 Hyper Thread. I have 2Gb DDR2 Ram. Its a piece of crap.

Ib have a 8600GT and run aplication controlled, no real difference in frame rates in either setting.. I also think that the real boost in FS9 is to have bigger ram and CPU... as long as you havea reasonable video card it will cope.
