Hello folks,
Thanks a lot for another wonderful freeware add-on, keep up with the great work...
I have downloaded 3 time the Lockheed L-1011 panel core file (the one wil the gauges), and each time I am unzipping the file I have a corrupted error but it look like the gauges are installed. Actually I think they are not installed properly as each time I am trying to access the pedestal FS2004 just freeze. It doesn't really crash (well it is actually) but just freeze and nothing happen anymore. I have installed the "L-1011 RR-RB211-524B/B4 Panel Standard version" for the "L-1011-250 Delta Airline".
Any idea how to solve the problem?
Thanks a lot,
Alex

Files can become corripted (for a multitude of potential network reasons) during downloading processes and this is something we have got absolutely no control over.
So far as I am aware .... there is nothing wrong with any of the panels or the gauges/core files packages currently downloadable from this website.
Ensure that all 13 individual components inside the Panel Gauges folder are installed inside your FS2004 "GAUGES" folder.
Ensure that all 14 individual components inside the Panel Sounds folder (including the folder named "L1011" .... do not open this folder) are installed inside your FS2004 "SOUND" folder .... not the Sound folder inside your L1011 aircraft base pack.

Hello Mark,
Thanks for the reply.
After reading very carefully your reply it seems that I don't find the "Panel Sounds folder".
So, I tried to re-download the panel core file again. I have found that this file was not downloading fully (no known reason) only 2.71 Mo instead of the 5.44 Mo. After at least a dozen download I was able to download the correct zip file.
All fixed now and working correctly.
Thanks for your help.
Cheers,
Alex

Glad to know you're all sorted now .... our pleasure ! From your latest description .... it looks like your experience might definitely have been caused by that file becomming corrupted during your download process and which can, sometimes, result in an incomplete download. This's more likely to occur when downloading larger files using a slow dial-up internet connection. Mark C AKL/NZ
