What's the difference between the AFG model and the HJG? I've seen the AFG Caravelle III have a specific model pack and panel for each livery. The HJG divides in Caravelle I / III late and early version.

There are no differences.
Those AFG models contained inside each of the individiual CARAVELLE packages hoste at both FS.COM and AVIM are precisely the same as those hosted here by HJG .... on behalf of AFG.
The only differences are as follows ....
1. The CARAVELLE 1/1A version model and textures are available only at HJG.
2. The CARAVELLE 6R FREIGHTER models and textures (all of these textures represent AIRBORNE EXPRESS aircraft) feature certain modifications and improved BMP files for these aircraft and textures .... and again are only available here at HJG.
3. Each of the HJG hosted CARAVELLE 3, 6N, and 6R FDE .... for these AFG CARAVELE models .... features improvements over that of the original non-HJG hosted files for these aircraft.
FYI ....
Further in respect of the individual non-HJG hosted AFG CARAVELLE packages ....
Each of the original respective non-HJG hosted CARAVELLE 3, 6, and 6N type models are precisely the same as those hosted by HJG .... except in the above respects.
It´s just that AFG desires to release each texture as a complete model, panel, sound, texture and FDE package .... wheras at HJG we prefer hosting aircraft base packs (model and FDE), panel, sound, and texture files .... all seperately .... and which avoids us having to present large file downloads and/or repetitive data.
