Hi I have just downloaded the L1011-100 with the TWA "1995" livery, Is there any chance that someone knows the typical Routes and PAX load. Thanks!

I often use airchive.com for vintage route maps. At the top menu click on the timetables and route maps, then click on the first letter of the airline name. Pick a route map from the appropriate time period. I then just pick a route that looks interesting.
For PAX loading just use what you want; I usually leave it at 100%, and then just adjust fuel appropriately for the flight. OR if you want more realism, check out FSCaptain. It's not expensive and adds a LOT of realism in flight operation.
