Firstly ....
Why have you added your FLTSIM.XX/ADD TO AIRCRAFT texture "after" the "GENERAL" section of tor AIRCRAFT.CFG ?
All of this data should appear/be placed at the top of your CFG file .... after the following header ....
//Caravelle 6r
//Add your [fltsim.xx] sections here.
//Remember to start with 0 (zero).
//Copyright Allied Flight Group. No uploading to any website without prior approval.
//May 2009
.... and "before" the "GENERAL" section of the AIRCRAFT.CFG file for your CARAVELLE 6R
In short .... everything should appear as follows ....
//Caravelle 6r
//Add your [fltsim.xx] sections here.
//Remember to start with 0 (zero).
//Copyright Allied Flight Group. No uploading to any website without prior approval.
//May 2009
[fltsim.0] // Change "xx" to next number in sequence starting from 0

I've bold typed the details you "may" need to look at and which is "possibly" just the FLTSIM.XX data line .... see my following comments below regarding this also.
The indicated author name correction doesn't affect display, but, is just intended to ensure the right person is actually credited. The PARKING CODE data line is purely "optional" .... most folk on't include it, but, of the last couple of years, at least, I've begun adding the ICAO code for each operator .... since it just, to me, seems be be a more thorogh way of completing everything
I acknowledge that what you've currently got there (barring what's possibly a FLTSIM.XX data error) should still be able to be recognized and displayed OK by FS .... BUT .... it could also cause confusion/problems .... SO .... best to "do it right"/correct it as advised above.
I can't see if you've got another CARAVELE 6R texture/s installed .... BUT .... assuming the UNITED AIR LINES 1961 is your only CARAVELLE 6R texture installation then your FLTSIM.XX entry should be edited to read as follows ....
[fltsim.0]and
"NOT" as follows ....
[fltsim.1]
Finally ....
Make sure are, indeed, using the UAL 1961 texture with the CARAVELLE 6R Aircraft Base Pack models and FDE .... and those of not any other CARAVELLE aircraft version currently offered by HJG
Also ....check that you "do not" have any valid files/folders still contained inside a containing folder from the original ZIP file/s.
And .... also check that your PANEL.CFG is correctly edited .... assuming you're using the intended HJG offered CARAVELLE 6R panel (use the UA PANEL version for this particular aircraft version).
