I can confirm that besides the Kruger LE edge flaps, both of the mid- and outboard LE slats on both wings are there. Something in Flaps section of the CFG file needs to be added, but it escapes me what that is at the moment.

YEAH .... I know .... BUT .... I'm having difficulty working out precisely what it is The original FS2002 data showed me the inboard Kruger animations (as per my imagery) and I've got these working well using FS2004 data and with a definite performance improvement .... BUT .... that same FS2002 data isn't showing me the LE Slat panels located between engine pylons and also between the outboard engine pylons and the wingtips. Have a think about it Dee .... and get back to me .... "privately" if necessary Mark C AKL/NZ

OK folks .... with regard both the missing LE Kruger Flaps .... "AND ALSO" .... the missing LE slats on the CV880-22M model subject of this partiular thread. We've found what the problem was .... and "FIXED IT" These devices "WERE" compiled into the HJG 3D CV88-22M model (PLEASE NOTE the CV880-22 3D model "IS NOT" fitted with LE devices since "NONE" of the original production CXV880 aircraft ever were, therefore, this particular model, correctly, lacks these features) and as such they were there all the time .... BUT .... somewhere/somehow, between 2006 and 2008, the necessary CFG refernce data, in order to make these animations work (on the CV880-22M 3D model) was, inadvertently, edited out of the CFG for this paerticular simulation .... hense these LE devices have failed to work ever since, and more importantly (worse), the FS performance of this simulation has, likely, suffered "somewhat" as a result. As may be observed per my following imagery .... the inboard LE Kruger flaps (located between the # 2 and # 3 engine pylons and the fuselage) and the LE slats (2 lots .... located between both engine pylons and also between the outboard engine pylons and wing tips) .... are "EACH" now working correctly These changes/fixes will require a new CV880-22M and -22M AIRLIFTER base packs being uploaded in the near future .... HOWEVER .... before this's done we also want to take another look at a few other FDE related details with each CV880 version (both the -22 and -22M), and "MAYBE" apply some further minor editing to these and perform a series of tests in order to verify that all's well .... AND THEN .... get everything uploaded for everyone's enjoyment We need to thank my forum friend "BLUE STAR" .... and my HJG colleague Mike MONCE too .... for their assistance in "putting right" what's obviously been "so wrong" here for so long .... "THANKS" guys Mark C AKL/NZ
