Hi all, just an update: I have three HJG aircraft and they all work just fine in Prepar3d version 2.2 The latest one is the DC 9-20 in Delta paint. It even lets the jetways work! On top of that, I have FS Dreamteam's great Ground Services Extreme (GSX) and all aircraft work great with GSX. Indeed, the DC 9-20 allows the baggage conveyors to line up perfectly. The other two aircraft are the MD-88 and MD-90. I found panels for them and they fly just great including the navigation lights and landing lights. Too bad you guys can't convert the FS 9 panels for FSX. So the point is thank you for wonderful models of these timeless aircraft that work better in P3D version 2.2 than some payware! Thanks again.

I downloaded and attempted to get the DC-8-61 to run on P3D2.4, but no joy. I was able to have to bird show and come up, the problem I had was everytime I selected the upper panel, I would get CTD.
Has anyone been able to work around this.
Love the sight and planes!

There's obviously a difference between the 2 P3D versions then. This's going to disappoint you (I fear) .... BUT PLEASE NOTE .... HJG simulations remain un-tested in as far as P3D is concerned. For that particular reason .... we do not/cannot provide any P3D support "at all" .... and P3D likewise can't be expected to assist with an oppinion in regard to any HJG offerings either. All of HJG's offerings remain FS2004 (100%) compataible .... and/or FSX "portable" .... with the exception of the BAe 146 (simulation), CONCORDE (simulation), and the DC10 (panels only). Sorry about that Mark C AKL/NZ

No worries, when P3D first came out there was those that would say they did not support P3D for various reasons, but eventionaly I have seen that change over time.
I did look into purchasing a copy of FS2004 but even Amazon has stopped selling. Saw where a guy on Ebay had a copy for $95. So if I can find a copy I get it. Then it will be FSX-SE - P3D - FS9.

Update: I was able to get the DC-8 to come up on P3D, the only problem is that I had to //the Flood Light switch. That was the cause for the plane to CTD when selecting the Overhead Sw.
But also other issues, Attitude Indicator has no power and some of the panel lights are showing no power. I cannot do much more unless I want to create a new module since the file is a .gau file and cannot be edited.
But at least I know now what was crashing the plane!

The thing is though .... for all (the little actually) that's known and acknowledged in regard to P3D?HJG interface .... it must always be remembered that "NONE" of these (HJG's) simulations were ever desgned, or are intended, to be run within the P3D environment .... so .... it "IS" what it "IS" I'm afraid. Thanks for your feedback though Mark C AKL/NZ
