I made that particular DC-8 image .... which you´ve presenting above .... along with all the others appearing within the same presentation/hread that you´ve onviously acquired it from ....
tonymadgehjg.proboards.com/thread/7583/today-history-happy-birthday-dcI never got around to completing that (above) presentation, due to the intrusion of real world commitments, but, will do .... when I eventually have more time to do so
ANYWAY ....
There´s no special magic involved with any of my own FS imagery.
None of my FS imagery is enhanced.
They´re all just "RAW SCREEN CAPTURES" .... re-cropped to my own specific preferences.
I mostly set a side-on views .... using either the number 4 or 5 numeric keyboard interior/xterior view options .... then use SHIFT plus (+) or SHIFT SHIFT - (minus) keyboard commands in order to zoom in closert to, or further aweay, from any subject I´m imaging.
I can´t really relate to what you´re trying to describe in respect of the view/s you´re presented with .... at least not without viewig one of you´re own images.
As for (graphic) settings ....
WELL .... these are going to vary according to ones type of monitor, and its capabilities .... and similar again in regard to ones graphics card and its settinfgs and options capabilities too .... all of which have got to be experimented with, over time, in order to arrive at the specific image quality settings/conclusions that most satisfy ones preferences.
Not really much more I can add .... I´m afraid
