Hello All!
This time I found my next flight adventure on the route SGAS to SCCF Camara Airport EL LOA at an elevation of 7.611 feet. Good weather but very tricky, since there is only a VORDME approach available for RWY 10 with some crosswing components of arround 10 Knots. While concentrating on flying the approach manuel I made a pilot mistake in missing one or two steps reading in the check list, resulting in an total forgetness of lowering the landig gear. So I was warned very late by loud sounds of the warning signals and lights on the cockpit. The Go Arround was standard and very good to handle. After Reconfiguration the second try was succesful, but a little bit bumpy on landings. No Applause heard from the passengers.
Enjoy
Michael

Got "distracted" aye Pays to watch .... and adjust/check .... that ROD just prior to landing .... helps avoid those "firm arrivals" Mark C AKL/nZ

Nice 727-landing video. I never failed to lower the landing gear in my FS-flying, but I'm pretty sure that I make mistakes along the approach/landing for sure.

Great video Michael, nice firm landing I've done a few of those myself and still managed to walk away from it unscathed Cheers Benoit
