YEAH ..... that's one of the errors.
The base pack B737-400 AIR.FILE name should read as follows ....
HJG_737-400
HJG_737-400.air .... depending on file naming conventions/protocols on your pC ... .whether or not the extension "dot air" is displayed, so, adjust the SIM= data line for your [FLTSIM.3] section .... for the BMI texture.
Another detail I've note (and notes this caused problems for someone wise recently too) is in regard to the TITLE= data line for your [FLYSIM.0] section .... for the BA texture. Yours currently reads as follows ....
title=HJG B737-4S3 British Airways (1994)
.... but should be edited to read as follows ....
title=HJG B737-
400 British Airways (1994)
If you have too many different variations in the naming of "the aircraft type" among the TITLE= data lines of the [FLTSIM.XX] entries then this can confuse FS and some textures might not then be displayed
SO ,,,, I've copied & pasted your entire FLTSIM.XX section below ... .and I've "hilited and bold typed in red" each of the changes I recommend you apply and which should resolve you problem completely.
Let me know please

description=One should hardly be surprised that the world's most prolific manufacturer of commercial aircraft is also the producer of the world's most popular jetliner. The 737 became the best-selling commercial jetliner worldwide when orders for it hit 1,831 in June 1987 (surpassing Boeing's own 727 as the previous champ). However, it wasn't always that way\s in the first few years of production, there were so few orders that Boeing considered canceling the program. They didn't, and the airplane has more than proven itself in over three decades of service. Model PaulHaak Paint Tony Madge
