Hi all. I have installed the 737-300 and -500 per the instructions and I am having major issues with both of them. They bounce and rock violently when on the ground at startup. In addition the aircraft rocks in flight if I use the slew command and get it into the air. This happens at any airport and it doesn't matter If I load another aircraft first or directly load the 737. Any help is appreciated. I am running WinXP SP3 and FS9 with the update. I have never had any issues with any other HJG aircraft. Thanks

They "DO" load into FS with a bit of a "BANG" (we acknowledge that), but, I've yet to see them (any of them) rock or vibrate .... I too are still using WIN XP (our other offline machine) for FS purposes only.
The loud "CLUMP" is simply FS scenery tiles forming beneath the simulation "as it builds/loads into FS" .... and this effect can vary between simulations and also be more prevalent with the use of some default, or add-on, sceneries than others. There are parts of some default FS scenaries with invisibly uneven (to the eye), or rough, scenery tiles (parts of the apron within the default KSEA airport .... as well as the speedway/taxiway onto RWY 34R threshold at the default KSEA airport .... which are known to generate this effect whilst taxiing .... I've seen this many times over the years), but again, it's the scenery tiles rather than the simulations.
One should be loading the default MSFS CESSNA "first and foremost" at the start of any HJG related FS session (this's desirable, but, not actually essential) and prior to then selection ones HJG aircraft of choice. To what extent this might lessen the loading "CLUMP" .... if at all .... I know not .... but again .... these aircraft "most certainly do not" vibrate whilst on the ground (save for scenery tile imperfections) .... unless one's tried to modify their FDE.
Don't use SLEW MODE MODE with any of our simulations .... if it can be avoided .... since some of them don't like it.

Yes i am aware of the issue at KSEA that you mentioned so I do all my testing away from there ☺ Yes most of my aircraft do start with the thump but these will not settle down and just continue to bounce. The only change made to mine was the fuel tank capacities. Ive modified the tank capacities on the majority of my aircraft without any issues.

Not a good idea to do that. That will be sufficient to cause what you're experiencing .... your having done that will likely have disturbed either the COG or CP data (or a combination of both) .... and which can then cause any simulation to constantly "bounce" .... which they shouldn't do. RECOMMENDATION/S .... Reinstate the original data and avoid such modifications in the future Mark C AKL/NZ

I reverted the fuel tank capacities back to their original values but it didn't correct the issue. So I tried the cure all uninstall and reinstall and it seems to have fixed the issue. It's not the first time that's happened but Ive never had to do it with any HJG aircraft before. I may have inadvertently added or deleted some info in the cfg file. Who knows. As long as it works now i'm happy

YEAH .... not a good idea to mess too much with CFG data .... particularly in regard to W&B, CP, and FUEL data .... since it can be "a little sensitive" .... even a small adjustment can have have quite a dramatic (and sometimes negative) impact. There's not much we haven't seen/experienced and fixed during our own often very lengthy pre-release testing .... BUT .... I'm glad to know you've apparently resolved your issue in accordance with our recommendations Mark C AKL/NZ
