Hey guys on have downloaded several times Travolta's private colors plane before the Quantas colors there the engine textures are not showing. They look like untextured engines.

Just the engine nacelles only appearing untextures ?
Sounds like that Texture is being used on the wrong 3D model version.
If I remember correctly .... that texture uses (or should be assigned to) one of our Stage 2 hush-kitted B707-138B's
Please post a copy & paste of just the FLTSIM.XX data (only) for that texture so I can analyse what might be going on .... I'm not in a position where I can download anything at the moment and I think we have couple of different versions of N707JT.

Hey Mark, this is for the "Boeing 707-138B (late)"
Here is what the paint config shows:

I see that FLTSIM.XX data "IS" what's contained within the Texture folder, but, does that same data reflect precisely what you have in the FLTSIM.XX for that texture ? I suspect it may not. Make sure youre using the following B707-138B Aircraft Base Pack .... although I/n sure you are HJG Boeing 707-138B_late v6Make sure this base pack contains the following 3D model folder (there should be 2 such folders but the one you need for this textures is as below) .... model.late_S2HKMake sure the MODEL= line in your FLTSIM.XX data reads precisely as follows .... model=late_S2HKMake sure your "JET CLIPPER JOHNNY LLC 707 138B N707JT 2001" texture folder contains engine textures named precisely as follows (it should do because I've just downloaded it myself to check, test, and reply to this posting) .... #1_engine_S2 #1_engine_S2_L
#2_engine_S2 #2_engine_S2_L
#3_engine_S2 #3_engine_S2_L
#4_engine_S2 #4_engine_S2_LOn the basis of my having just examined the files we currently offer .... - The Aircraft Base Pack and its contents are correct. - The Texture folder is correct .... all of the necessary texture BMP files are there too. - The supporting FLTSIM.XX data for this texture is correct .... in fact I used it to perform my check/test and to produce the following image too .... Bill .... the only way you could possibly end up with untextured engine nacelles is as follows .... 1. If your texture folder is incomplete/missing these vital texture BMP files .... and which could possibly only occur as the result of a incomplete/corrupted download. 2. If you have inadvertanty or otherwise attempted to rename these same engine texture BMP files. 3. If the MODEL= data line within your "installed" FLTSIM.XX data for this particular texture is assigned the wrong 3D model folder .... maybe as the result of having been copied & pasted from another of your texture installations within the same base pack (and which supports the other model assignment which you may have forgotten to change) rather than copying and pasting the actual FLTSIM.XX data supplied with the texture folder. I suspect this to be the most likely scenario, and if so, then, it's a "very easily made" editing error .... even done it myself Please check these details .... adjust if necessary .... and report back. Thanks Mark, upon checking, it was my mistake, did not have the model information added to the config correctly.

Thought so I like it when the solutions are "that simple". Enjoy JET CLIPPER JOHNNY's B707-138B Bill .... and preferrably to the tune of your late 1970's CD's Mark C AKL/NZ
