All of our B737-300/400/500 and MD-80 models (in fact all the 3D models we offer .... with the exception of the CONCORDE .... and we've "not" been cleared to market the CARAVELLE as being FSX portable though it may port over) "do" work in FSX and will port over to that FS platform.
This's not true of our current ARJ/BAe, CONCORDE, DC-9, and DC-10 panels (we've similarly "not" been cleared to market the CARAVELLE panels as being FSX portable either but they may still function in FSX) though.
I say "FSX PORTABLE" .... because the models we say work fine within FSX (no display issues) do so despite their being FS2004 native.
"IF" .... any of the models we confirm being portable don't appear in FSX (for you) then that'll be because they've not been installed correctly to start with .... and the fact you say 1 B737 version is displaying whereas the others aren't basically confirms this since all of these models were compiled from the same source/data.
I can't assist much with FSX though .... I don't use that FS platform .... but 2 of our staff members do and will likely assist on the basis of you first providing more information in regard to what you've done/how you've actually gone about installing those files that won' appear in FSX.
I can tell you to ensure the data contained in CFG files within the default Panel and Sound folders inside each base pack appear as follows ....
[fltsim] alias=B737_800\panel
[fltsim] alias=B737_800\sound
The above is the place to start .... by default the data we provide is for FS2004 since we're effectively an FS9/FS2004 based website despite the FSX portability of most of what we offer.
It'd also help if you COPY & PASTE "here" the entire FLTSIM.XX section for those aircraft, you say, aren't displaying (just the complete "FLTSIM.XX" sections only please and not the entire CFG data) so we can have look at that and see what factors may potentially be at play.
