the links for the base pack and a few textures seem to be down
Not that I can determine .... since I´ve downloaded data from our pages just a few moments ago both prior to, and since, your posting and in order to assist another forum support query as well as some new product preview images I intend to post later on
Rather than stating "the links for a few base packs and textures seem to be" .... please state precisely which ones you´re refering to as we do have rather "a lot of them"
ALSO .... try flushing your internet browser and the refreshing the downloads page your viewing "before" selecting the data you want.
PLEASE NOTE ALSO .... a delay of up to 15-30 seconds, before your downloads starts is not uncommon at the moment .... or so I´ve recently noted .... and may be attributable to server changes and maintenance that has been undertaken by our host and service provider recently.
First off, thank you for the prompt reply! Really nice of you. Now, it's time to report back.
I did as advised and performed a connection check up, which consisted of a router reset, I even tried using the long forgotten MS Edge browser too, and as soon as connection was reestablished I tried to download once again the Mercure package and, although this time it managed to download the FS2004 texture files within the waiting time stated above, the base file remains unavailable, the message on the bottom left of the pop-up says "Waiting for simviation" but doesn't seem to go any further from that. Wouldn't hurt having a look at it.

That could be (and likely is) a server related issue which only our host/service provider can address.
We acknowledge there have been some IT issues recently with GOOGLE triggered "false positives" .... and both server related replacement, and maintenance too so, their could still be one or two remaining "teething issues" to be addressed.
As I recall .... the MERCURE base pack/s is/are quite large, so, it may require "a longer time" (than I´ve suggested) to register .... and before the download actually commences .... and hopefully within a periond so as to avoid timing out .... is my guess.
I´ll have a look for you, from my end (though there´s nothing I can do if there is any issue), and report back.

OK .... I´ve just had a look at it for you .... selecting the FS9/FS2004 verion MERCURE 100 base pack link.
There "IS" (it seems) an abnormally long delay for the download to start .... in fact it was approximately 2 minutes (maybe a bit more in my case), but, the download "DID" eventually commence following this delay and is curently downloading as I reply.
So .... there´s no problem with this, or any or our other, links .... it seems there´s just "a delay factor" to be tolerated (unusual and new here) and which increases (possibly) in accordance with the size of the file.
Just select that link again .... "HANG IN HERE" .... go and grab a coffee (or something colder and stronger) whilst you wait and see what happens .... the download/s should commence fine, and you should get you file OK, following this initial delay.
Hahaha I have to say you hit the nail on the head! Third time's the charm, as people like to say.
So I decided to give it another try, and glad to inform that, although not sure when it effectively started, after my return from going make myself a cup of coffee, the download was there, completed and uprightly as you cunningly assumed. The 'delay factor' is most likely to be the culprit (and a bad case of millennial hastiness on my end). (>u>) Many thanks for sorting out the issue in such fleetly manner!
