Found something missing again... Muse Air DC-9-33RC N502MD Muse Air's one and only -30, only stayed about a year to cover for -50 delivery delays from Swissair... and has a hangar queen reputation. It was nicknamed Spike by the crews at Muse Air. Long gone by the time Southwest took over and renamed the airline. Originally with Martinair, then after Muse went to Airborne Express and now with Everts Air Fuel as N930CE but has not flown since 2018. We also SEEM to be missing the Muse -51, I am still checking if it just went missing or if for sure we never had it, if not I will do it forthwith.

Nice additions Peter .... and more-so considering I'd always associated MUSE AIR with the MD's.

Now I know the name of the group is Historic Jetliners Group... but yesterday is historic... right? C-GGWX, 737-409, OWG Brand new roll out, division of Nolinor Aviation (737-200 and 737-300 combi operator already). Will start to fly 3 737-400s "when the time is right" on Sunshine routes out of airports in Quebec to start with. C-GGWX is ex-Flair, refurbished heavily, new interior and obviously a shocking new paint scheme.

I think this DC-10 needs Psychiatric assistance... Split personality disorder obviously N68060 circa 1996, operating half CO half AZ colors.

Back to the "Ice Age" Originally delivered to ONA during September 1978 then moving on to UAC within a month of its delivery to the airline .... this one (N1035F) seemed to bounce from LOFTLEIDIR, to GARUDA (probably for their annual Hadj flights), and back to LOFTLEIDIR again a couple of times during 1979, followed by brief stints with both AIR FLORIDA, and SPANTAX, (EC-DSF) between 1980 and 1984 (no one seemed to operate it for more than 2 years around this period .... although there was still a degree of "unnecessary uneasiness" in some of the public mind in regard to the integrity of DC-10's after the 3 major events of 1979 and which might account for this and the type being less popular "at that time" also) .... before eventually moving on to a more permanent existence with FEDERAL EXPRESS as N304FE ("Claire") from mid 1984.
