As so often in life: A simple question demands more than a simple answer.
So, let's start:

I run still FS 9 and all the PT simulation work fine under WIN 7. Under WIN 10 and WIN 11 PT Tu 154M does not work. PT Tu 154 B2 and IL 62 M work less their RSBN short range TACAN like Radios.

In the posts above there are some hints to find still the simulations.

As PT needs more than installing the airplane, one should use the self-installers available via the way back machine:

very easy: Read the English manual if available. If not better don't touch that simulation.
