I downloaded the B737-300 file, but when I went to install it for FSX, it did not have an FSX cfg file. It had the cfg file for FS2004. I also noticed that instead of Version 1.2, version 1.1 was the one in the folder. Is there anything missing or is this model not FSX compatible?

"NONE" of the the B737's we offer here required FSX specific CFG or AIR data .... the CFG and AIR data provided with each files is FS9 native and FSX portable.
In the case of the B737 base packs we offer please note carefully as follows ....
Open the CFG file for each version of the B737 you have.
At the top of each CFG there is header .... and the information within these headers states both the version number of each file and the date each file file was packaged.
The CFG headers for each B737 version should read precisely as follows ....
B737-300 PAX CONFIGURATION V1.2 March 2019
B737-300QC/SF CONVERTIBLE/FREIGHTER V1.2 March 2019
B737-300WL V1.0 (this is a first time release file) March 2019
B737-300WL SF FREIGHTER V1.0 (this too is abother first time release file) November 2019
B737-400 COMBI V1.2 March 2019
B737-400 PAX V1.2 March 2019
B737-400QC/SF CONVERTIBLE/FREIGHTER V1.2 March 2019
B737-500 V1.2 March 2019
B737-500WL V1.0 (this also is another first time release file) March 2019
If the CFG header data for each B737 version you have reads precisely as above (and it should do) then you have nothing to be concerned about .... and best of all nor do we
I suspect all that's happened here is .... the container for each file bears the correct version number, but, through sheer tiredness the version number of just the B737-300 and B737-300C base packs were overlooked .... despite the fact each contains the correct data (and which it does because I'e just checked).
