Now that my fever for DC-10s is high at the moment, I been flying nothing else at the moment. Here are some screenshots from both the flights.
Leg 1: DL601 Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson (KATL/ATL) -----> Cancun International, Mexico (MMUN/CUN); Delta Airlines DC-10-10 N902WA
This aircraft was first delivered to Western Airlines from where she came to Delta with the merger. After a short stint with Delta she went over to World Airways and a lot of other airlines of the world. She was scrapped after 40 years.

Leg2: AA1601 Cancun International (MMUN/CUN) ----> Dallas-Ft.Worth Int'l (KDFW/DFW); American Airlines DC-10-10 N101AA
This aircraft was the first DC-10 ever built. She was initially registered as N10DC and performed initial DC-10 testing. She was later delivered to American as N101AA.
For today's flying we'll use the INS for the overwater leg and tune to radios once we're over land somewhere near the Harvey VOR, New Orleans.

Overland Louisiana. Tracking the Alexandria VOR inbound. We'll be using various VOR radials to fly our STAR into DFW. Much excitement!
