These are Jim's own images .... not mine. A little while back we went up to the US-of-A (on one of my very frequent AKL/LAX/MIA/BOG and return transits .... before COVID rendered everything/travel more difficult/virtually impossible .... "for us down here I mean"). On the way back home, on one of these frequent excursions we went across to Arizona for a few days .... to Tucson in particular .... and to the PIMA AIR & SPACE MUSEUM to be unmistakably precise. The following video's something Jim recently drafted that demonstrates what we took in at the museum over 2 separate days we spent there .... and which also included a side trip to USAF Base Davis MONTHAM just opposite the museum. It's a trip I recommend anyone/everyone aviation-mined must undertake should they ever go to Tucson, but be advised, one really needs to allocate oneself a minimum of 2 full days in order to be able to get through the entire museum and at a leisurely pace. "STRONGLY RECOMMENDED" .... as is a visit to the "Silver Saddle Steak Restaurant" also at Tucson. Here's Jim's video compilation of some of what we took in during that pre-COVID trip to the PIMA AIR & SPACE MUSEUM, at Tuscon, Arizona, USA .... www.youtube.com/watch?v=ziKKouh8ojg&t=13sMark C AKL/NZ
