That front end detail on each engine nacelle was pretty much standard on most DC-8 SUPER 62's and SUPER 63's.
Some later had a lengthened/much wider intake sleeve extending back behind the intake rim too .... and which was usually evidence of these aircraft having received one of a number of available Husk-Kitting options. On other SUPER 62's and SUPER 63's the HK upgrade was internal (an acoustic treatment inside the nacelles) and which harder to detect externally.

Sorry mark, I more meant those areas are high polished being a private jet and a small detail that adds a level of depth to the vip liveries
