With some work in MDLX most of models externals work WELL in P3DV4+5 - and liveries as well. And todays FS world dont have too many early jetliners so that is best source
Thanks anyway

P3D commentary expressed over the last several hours has been moved to "this thread" .... since that within which it was earlier expressed is "externally linked" (for promotional purposes) and HJG has no desire to create erroneous impressions (in the minds of some among the international FS community and P3D-wise) .... particularly in cases where English (possibly) isn't the first language of some community members. PLEASE NOTE ... HJG products are compiled for "FS2004 and FSX use only" .... and as such these are the only FS platforms this group encourages and supports accordingly .... tonymadgehjg.proboards.com/thread/8910/fsx-compatible-portableHJG products "are not" compiled for P3D .... or X-PLANE use .... nor any other FS platform either. This matter's been discussed here (and on other FS forums too) on numerous past occasions prior these recent comments (above) and our last and following-linked forum response (dated OCT 2023) on this same subject also .... tonymadgehjg.proboards.com/thread/10429/p3d-shotsWe're perfectly aware some community members have been using HJG products in P3D. We've previously consulted at length (behind the scenes here) with a respected P3D specialist on this particular subject. As such it's been concluded that despite the fact some HJG products may "appear" in P3D .... "3D model related animations associated with some of these products cannot work" (at all) within this other FS platform .... and nor can we guarantee "intended performances" (meaning that which we customize for each simulation and desire ensuring) can be maintained in P3D either. For these reasons "NOT P3D COMPATIBLE" .... at least not sufficiently so in order to satisfy HJG (KEY WORDS) .... is what we insist. Another consideration also often overlooked by community members too: A number of products we offer "ARE NOT" or "are not entirely" HJG's own compilation/s and owners/authors of (some of) these products aren't necessarily in favour of their work being touted P3D portable when the reality is otherwise and which is "their preference" (of course) needing to be respected .... by us/HJG at least. Again we simply "DO NOT" want anyone being under any erroneous impressions concerning FS platform compatibilities and what HJG offers and actually promotes MRC

Thank you for The statement/clarification
I want to know one thing following this Statement/Clarification, are screenshots of HJG provided models converted for P3D(by myself/not for redistribution) allowed to be posted in the screenshot section of this forum if stated that the conversation is not supported by neither HJG or the original authors?

"Clarification" (of what we've always maintained) is precisely how my statement should be interpreted .... so .... your understanding's appreciated The potential issue is some peoples interpretations of "compatibility" vary considerably from our own The reality is only we, whom produce or otherwise edit and market what we offer, can properly assess what does and doesn't work "as we intend" .... but again .... some peoples ideas of "working properly" are greatly at variance with our own and which can pose problems. At the end of the day: People can and will no doubt do whatever they like .... of course .... BUT .... we'll never endorse compatibility unless we've first proven such (aided by external specialist where necessary) to "satisfactorily be the case" .... or unless we're "authorized to do so by other authors/owners" in cases of products HJG offers but doesn't actually own. We simply want to avoid misleading statements being posted here (particularly within the other thread linked to an external PR on other sites) or leave ourselves open to be accused of making any ourselves either so this's a kind of "check and balance" on our part .... if one gets my drift. Therefore we're simply being "cautious" (and which is all I'm trying to communicate) so less potential exists for erroneous interpretation .... and which is our primary concern given the effort we (try to) apply to what we offer for everyone else's enjoyment .... BUT .... "only for the stated FS platforms" MRC
