I downloaded the 727 late plane from this site, followed all the steps, used the pan am textures, installed it like I have everything else in FS9 and still can't get the plane to show up in the simultator am I missing something? thanks for your help, Joe

YYYYYYYYYYYYYYEP .... I'd say so And as "GUS" points out .... I wouldn't mind betting you've made a minor BOO-BOO with your AIRCRAFT.CFG data. Check all the following .... 1. That you've indeed copied the texture ADD TO AIRCRAFT data to the AIRCRAFT.CFG file contained within your B727-100 Aircraft Base Pack .... and have save this edit ! 2. That the [FLTSIM.XX] entry at the start of your ADD TO AIRCRAFT/AIRCRAFT CFG file has been changed to read [FLTSIM.0] for the very first texture entry .... with all subsequent texture entries being added to this chain then appearing in precise numerical order .... as follows .... [FLTSIM.0] [FLTSIM.1] [FLTSIM.2] etc3. Check that the data appearing in the SIM= line of your CFG agrees with the AIR.FILE name .... without the suffix air. For B727-100 (LATE) aircraft this line should simply read as follows .... sim=B727100_VL4. Check that data associated with the TEXTURE= line in your reads precisely according to your desired PAN AM texture file name .... it should do .... especially if you've copied & pasted the ADD TO AIRCRAFT data to your CFG file 5. Check that you haven't inadvertently still got either your valid Aircraft Base Pack folder .... or Texture folder .... still contained within another containing folder from the ZIP file. These sorts of errors are rare .... but .... folk do inadvertently make them from time to time. Failing all that .... "DON'T BE SHY" .... as "GUS" suggests .... copy & past your complete AIRCRAFT.CFG file here for us to look at. Mark C AKL/NZ

These situations are "very rare" indeed.
"IF" your aircraft is failing to appear within the FS Aircraft Selection Menu .... then this can only happen if you have inadvetently missed or overlooked a very simple but vital step in the installation process.
Let's see a copy & paste of that CFG file .... and .... if you can post an image here showing the contents of you B727-100 (Late) Aircraft Base Pack .... then that'll be helpful too.
