could anyone tell me where the releases SP1, SP2 and/or SP3 are downloadable? I just dislike flying without VC...

As both the development of any new models, and also any upgrade in the panel are on hold indefinitely due to the two developers own circumstances, there will probably not be any further releases in those directions in the foreseeable future.
I may be wrong, but given the complexity of the panel (one of the most realistic I have ever flown, in my view, payware or free), I also don't think adding a VC is really an option.
The FDE is still open for some revision if we think it needs any; but at this point we are generally satisfied with that also. However, let us know if you come across something in that area.

I thought the HJG 146 release was FS.9 only and any FS.X release would be from a different site.

That's correct !
And so is this too ....
The only other BAe 146 project that I'm aware of .... and one that will likely have FSX compatibility too .... is the new model version (by another partie) which was announced of the AFG website a wee while back. I don't know what the status of this other project may be though.
In terms of HJG's continued development of the model we host .... and as Mike very correctly states too .... other than further FDE development of what we currently already hold there's really little more we (HJG) can do. It's right out of our hands !

So as far as the BaE-146 goes, there will be no VC added to it at all? (PS is there an RJ or BaE-146 antwhere out there that has a VC at all?)

I really doubt that it's going to happen as the panel developer is no longer working on the project. Besides, that panel is one of the best you will find for any plane, free or pay.
I never use VC's myself; ther're framerate hogs in general for me. Also, I really like to fiddle with all the systems. I also have my yoke hat switch tied to the views, so I can easily look right, left, etc. with my thumb flick.

Would it be possible to add a default aircraft VC (boeing 747) to the BaE-146 in FSX?

"NO" ;D .... and we wouldn't dream of doing things that way anyway .... we'd never live that down ! "NKFLYER" .... the prime issue here is as Mike has related above .... and .... the fact that we/HJG can't modify anyone else's panel without (1) Source Code data, and (b) authorization to do so in the first instance. Mathias has made an ARJ specific version of this same BAe panel .... which is available at FS.COM (in around 3 parts as I recall) and which I've been meaning to import here to, but, haven't got around to doing yet due to other commitments. And .... "NO" .... it's not a VC panel. So far as I'm aware there's no VC type panel currently available anywhere for any of these FREEWARE BAe/ARJ models. Mark C AKL/NZ
