Still will not trim, will not stay airborne (KC-135 in particular) tucks into dive- even when autopilot is engaged... WHY??? With 5 versions now, this trouble has not gone away...
Please explain why they cannot trim out as other freeware products all do (POSKY, etc.).
Thanks

Of course I do not know how your set-up is configured (controller devices etc) .... or even what you, yourself, might even be doing, if anything, to possibly contribute to the problem you say you're experiencing On the basis of my own having flown each of our B707/720 series simulations, over many years, and through various upgrades of both panels and FDE .... I can only assure you that no problem exists .... or rather .... I simply cannot replicate such a problem as that which you report !In fact one of many pre-release tests I perform for each our aircraft model/panel/FDE combinations .... is to disconnect the AP during cruise in order to check flight stability during manual flight control .... and .... I've always proven it to be perfectly smooth. It's actually a pitty I don't have an FS video segmnent to be able to prove my claim. I think my response is consistent with what I replied to you regarding this back around August 2008 ! How are you trying to apply TRIM ? Are you setting manual TRIM correctly prior to T/O ? What sort of control devices are you using ? All of these could be very relevent to your particular problem ! I might be inclined to look very closely at your control devices (something may be causing your TRIM setting to stick at a very acute angle so as to cause what you're experiencing), but, having said that, why you should be experiencing such a problem with our aircraft and not someone elses too then .... I simply can't councel you regarding Someone did recently report a TRIM issue with a C135 TYPE aircraft, but, I don't think it's the same as your particular issue. Mark C AKL/NZ

I dont have any HJG panels installed, the FS9 Default 747 one is used.
Other than that, just a joystick. Have used Logitech, Saitek as well as MS SideWinder sticks over time, but the trouble is consistent in its affecting to KC-135 and 707/720 series here up to and including the latest versions you offer.
Thanks

That could be partly .... if not totally contributory to your problem. "IF" you were to install HJG panels for the aircraft you're using, and for which our FDE is written, then things "MAY" change for you. There is a relationhip between FDE and panel gauges which can imapact things like TRIM response etc .... which can result in it's response using a default MSFS panel being quite different than that experienced using our own panels. I think you should try installing at least 1 of our necessary B707 panels .... even only as a basic step in the process of elimination if nothing else. Nothing venture .... nothing win ! You certainly can't do any harm .... and what I'm suggesting may well even resolve your problem Again .... I assure you that none of our B707/720 aircraft have Kamakaze, or even Stuka, flight tendancies when the AP is disconnected. Mark C AKL/NZ
