I´ve checked the ADD TO AIRCRAFT/CFG data for each of the textures which you say you´re trying to install, but, apparently having difficulties with.
I can confirm there´s no errors, on our part, associated with any of the ADD TO AIRCRAFT/CFG data for any of these 3 files .... which then only "suggests" an error/misunderstanding, on your part, when installing these files.
Your installation of each of these 3 texture files should be a simple and straightforward task of adding them to your chosen DC9-30 Aircraft Base Pack file .... and then copying & pasting the ADD TO AIRCRAFT data, included within each texture file, to the AIRCRAFT.CFG file within your Aircraft Base pack file. When installing your valid texture folders you must ensure that thwse are not still inadvertently contained within another containing folder from the original texture ZIP file or FS won´t recognize and display them with the models.
Each of you 3 DC9-30 texture files of choice may be used with "ANY" particular DC9-30 Aircraft Base Pack, but, do not use these textures with any of the DC9-30CF/F Aircraft Base Pack files .... or FS will not display anything due to the mismatching of SIM=/AIR.FILE names.
The only way your EASTERN DC9-30 could possibly display within the FS Aircraft Selection Menue as a "DC9-10" is if you have installed that texture into this base pack .... but then .... that DC9-30 texture shouldn´t/won´t work with any of the DC9-10 models .... and which then begs a bigger question, in that if your EASTERN DC9-30 texture is indeed displaying properly on a DC9-30 model, then how did that particular DC9-30 model end up within your DC9-10 Aircraft Base Pack folder to start with ?
All DC9 Aircraft base packs are seperate/individual .... named according to aircraft type and then engine type .... and these must all be kept seperate/individual .... wuith he appropriate panel, sound, and textures files then being added to these.
I´d say, from what you´ve described so far, you´ve got your DC9 models and base packs awfully mixed up .... hence you problem/s !
You may have no existent models inside you Aircraft Base Pack .... as evidenced by that "Failure to Load Aircraft" message
SO THEN .... let´s see if we can now get things sorted !You´ve got, according to your texture choices, a selection of DC9-30 aircraft types .... aircraft of diferent certified MGTOW engine thrust.
The easiest way to install these is to place everything into the same DC9-30 Aircraft Base Pack folder .... but .... not a DC9-30CF/F Aircraft BAse Pack folder or FS won´t recognise and display these texture subjects because the -30CF/F AIR.fILE names are different from those of the standard -30 which each of these particular textures require.
HOWEVER .... if you want an authentic DC9-30 experience, and if I were installing your files for you, then personally, this´s how I would be inclined to do it ....
1. AIR CANADA DC9-32 C-FTME 1996 TEXTURE- Install this texture inside the
DC9-30 JT8D-9 Aircraft Base Pack
- Use the
DC9-30 JT8D-9 Panel for use with this aircraft
- Use the
DC9 JT8D EARLY soundpack with this aircraft
If this texture is your first DC9-30 JT8D-9 Aircraft Base Pack texture entry then ensure that the CFG/ADD TO AIRCRAFT data appears as follows ....
[fltsim.0] // Change "xx" to next number in sequence starting from 0

1. ALM ANTILLEAN AIRLINES DC9-32 PJ-SNA 1986 TEXTURE- Install this texture inside the
DC9-30 JT8D-15 Aircraft Base Pack
- Use the
DC9-30 JT8D-15 Panel for use with this aircraft
- Use the
DC9 JT8D LATE soundpack with this aircraft
If this texture is your first DC9-30 JT8D-15 Aircraft Base Pack texture entry then ensure that the CFG/ADD TO AIRCRAFT data appears as follows ....

3. EASTERN AIR LINES DC9-31 N8970E 1981 TEXTURE- Install this texture inside the
DC9-30 JT8D-7 Aircraft Base Pack
- Use the
DC9-30 JT8D-7 Panel for use with this aircraft
- Use the
DC9 JT8D EARLY soundpack with this aircraft
If this texture is yoiur first DC9-30 JT8D-7 Aircraft Base Pack texture entry then ensure that the CFG/ADD TO AIRCRAFT data appears as follows ....

If doing, as I´ve suggested, I´d recommend you copy & paste the above ADD TO AIRCRAFT details (featuring minor edits to suit my own preferences but otherwise the same as is supplied) to each respective AIRCRAFT.CFG file .... and you shouldn´t then experience any problems at all .... BUT .... if using HJG supplied panels and soundpacks then you´ll still need to ensure that these particular files are installed, correctly, within each of the FS destination folders recomended per the accompanying INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS .... and that the PANEL.CFG and SOUND.CFG files, contained within the default PANEL and SOUND folders, included within each aircraft Base pack file, are also then edited correctly in accordance with these instructions.
Each of these DC9 textures should then appear on the correct models .... accessed with the FS Aircraft Select Menue as follows ....
- McDonnell Douglas
- DC-9-30
- Air Canada 1996
- Antillean Airlines 1986
- Eastern Air Lines 1981Short of commiting another installation error .... this advice "WILL" see you right !
