Hi everybody, I have updated my collection of 707 tables and also created a more or less decent page... anyway check out this link: 707panel.vilabol.uol.com.br/I think you'll find all the important info for your flight simulation experience. Is anyone feels the need for more info just ask me and I'll be glad to post more tables (just don't ask for the hole manual cause then I would spend the rest of my life scanning the pages ) Have nice flights!

I don't want to spend too much longer on my panels and FDEs (I'm spending way too many hours on my computer ). I've decided for now to just give the JT3C and Conway-powered aircraft the same EPR readings as the JT4A machines (at least it's in the same ballpark, unlike the JT3D EPRs). However, there's one thing I need to know to get the FDEs right. Does the quoted thrust rating of a jet engine (eg 18,000 lb for a JT3D-3) correspond to normal take-off thrust in ISA atmosphere, or does it correspond to exactly 100% N1 (also in ISA atmosphere)?

George, take a look at your email box! I've just sent you some docs.

George, take a look at your email box! I've just sent you some docs. Thanks a lot! It looks like the 100% N1 marker is totally arbitrary, and that the ISA takeoff thrust setting is what should be used for calibration purposes. By the way, I'm wondering how to do the early JT3C engines, as my panel doesn't yet simulate water injection.

Out of curiosity, how would one do this in FS9? Would one use the afterburner functionality? That was my first thought on how to solve the water injection problem. I'm really thinking though in terms of finding space on my panel...
