The above is a (candid) presentation of our new/modified "V2" BAe 146-300 QT model .... which will soon replace the currently downloadable version.

The cargo doors on this pure freight configured aircraft model now animate/open .... to reveal a belly full of containers .... although some of our other freighter aircraft configurations among this "NEW" ARJ/Bae family feature a belly full of palletised or small consignment cargo instead .... we´ve employed a little variation here

we´ve also finally resolved the problem with each of original/curently downloadable models where both the rear fuselage air brake doors, as well as the wing spoilers too, would deploy inflight and in rsponse to either being selected .... not now though

The gear bays in each of these "NEW" models have also been redeveloped/re-textured with better/superior data .... and new details added to each model.

Each of the "NEW" -300 SERIES base packs will be accompanied by new/superior FDE.

We are extremly grateful to both Jon MURCHISON, and our own very Paul HAAK, for the modifications that have resulted in these/HJG´s "NEW" ARJ/BAe SERIES of 2016/17 produced 3D models .... and to Mike MONCE for his invaluable FDE assistance wih these "NEW" simulations also.

The currently downloadable ARJ/BAe soundpack will not be replaced .... I´m not prepared to imopose more work upon Benoit given how loaded I know he he is with different projects which he wants to prioritize at the moment.

In any case the current soundpack works perfectly fine (given it´s for FS2004 use only) and is "quite authentic" as-is.

In fact it´s "the only" component of this ARJ/BAe project refurbishment and expnsion that "is not" subject to modification work .... for the time being it simply does not require it.

Some things are possible .... others aren´t.

There are variations between the new models .... and performance variations between them in FS too.

However .... these models were extremly difficult to compile .... both for their original author (whom was unable to complete this project to his own satisfaction), and us too, and it´s only been through the dogged detrmination of our own Paul HAAK that we´ve been able to achieve what we have .... so .... whatever´s not represented (and not much, if anything at all, is lacking), then, that´ll have to be accepted

For the time being though .... I think the preview imagery posted on both forum pages is "sufficiently telling".

The finer details will be announced "upon release".
