While I'm on the site with Firefox Browser, after clicking on "Visit the site regardless" or something, I have a warning line on top of the window that says "This site is reported as attacking site". In that line, I have the option to click on "This site is not an attacking site" (which I guess is the "trust" option you mean, at least I didn't see any other). When I do this, I get redirected to this link: www.stopbadware.org/firefox?hl=de&url=http%3A%2F%2Fsimviation.com%2F%2Fhjg%2Faircraft%2Fboeing%2Fb707-120.htmFYI, I don't think anymore the files are infected, but someone at Firefox either f*cked up, or they got fake reports from someone.

This is the only computer at the house that connects to internet- it is my son's computer. He runs an old Chrome browser- no idea why. I always use Firefox. The computer has Malware Antibytes and Avast, both are updated. I get the attack page on all down loads except some under Extra Files. I'm not familiar with the term "cleasr the browser". Is that just elkiminate history? lr.

It seems unrelated to cache settings since I opted to never keep a cache. P.S. Come to think of it, maybe the Russians hacked it because you didn't do a Tupolev or something.

Unless someone has uploaded files to the site after infecting them I do not see an issue with our files. I will check the ones listed and see what dates they were uploaded etc. If anything untoward has gone on it should show in the dates. I will look at it and report back asap.

Well, if the server is compromised, then malware could also spread to random files already uploaded a long time ago. I don't mean to spread false alarm though - as I said, I suspect that the files are clean, since both your and my AV show no problems and neither does the Microsoft Internet Explorer or other parties' solutions, so it seems the only one having an issue is Firefox, which would seem to indicate there is something amiss with their warning system since recently (< 3 days, since that was the last time I visited the download pages in question and all was fine*), for whatever reason. * Cool jets btw, many thanks! I love the old irons and found that I actually prefer 2D cockpits, since 3D ones are just a hassle in liner type aircraft most of the time. Even head tracking gizmos can't really make up for that. When you think about it, engaging the landing lights for example is one of the easiest and most casual things to do in all the Jetliners I know, but it's a major hassle in most 3D pits, since the switches are usually *just* out of FOV and it is ridiculous to have to adjust and then re-adjust your POV just for operating something so simple.

Ok I have checked files and no interference noted, I have re uploaded all pages from a clean system, I have checked with malware and AV and I get no warnings. What ever it was has gone, however we are still getting warnings, you can do two things for now until the warnings page disappears... 1: in Chrome either change the setting in tools advanced untick "protect yourself from dangerous sites" 2: in Chrome when you get the red warning page, click on details then at the bottom click on "visit this unsafe site" then you get to the downloads section. Neither are great answers particularly the first as this cuts off warnings from all sites that may have malware... I will go for option 2 and hope that as we know there are no threats Google will clear this site soon.
Open to other ideas......

I decided to test again using latest version of Firefox and Chrome. I also used older version of Internet Explorer.
Yes I cleared cookies and caches to be sure.
Firefox produced alert warning if I clicked on any plane in download center.
Chrome produced same warning.
Explorer did not produce warning.
I have been using Firefox all the time and never had problems with the download center for years until 2 days ago when I wanted to download a livery. It produced warning so I decided not to proceed and forgot about it because I assumed it would be isolated case for myself until I saw someone posting similar problem so I posted saying it also happened to me.
Same kind of warning usually happened to other aviation forum websites in the past and their webmasters took care of the problem by fixing something to correct some problem. Do not know how they fixed it.
By the way, it has NOTHING to do with files of textures. The warning happens when I click on any of aircraft type choices. For example, if I want to click on 727-100 in the HJG download center, it announces warning and tells me not to proceed.

Hi. This is related to the latest update of Firefox. The simple solution is to use another browser when downloading. We'll try to get this solved with Firefox. This is as Mark already said: A false positive www.google.dk/#q=firefox+reported+attack+siteI will also try to look at our scripts to see if they are the culprits of generating this warning.

I just now encountered a bright red message generated by Google Safe Browsing stating "The site ahead contains malware" It then proceeds to state that "Attackers currently on Simviation.com might attempt to intall dangerous programs on your computer that steal or delete your information". This occurs when you go to simviation.com/hjg/aircraft/XXX/XXX.htm. All aircraft downloads generate the error. The Fantasy livery is Ok. In the "Other Files" page, the "effects, panels, smoke appear to be OK. The "AI Aircraft" generate the error. You only get this error when you attempt to access one of the aircraft files. I am running at the moment on a Windows 7 system using NOD32. I am running at work in a highly secure environment where I have no worries about our side running with any malware.

I'm seeing the reported issue using both CHROME and FIREfOX .... both displaying the same, but slightly different alert screens.
Between ourselves and SIMVIATION .... we've run all manner of security checks .... and upon interrogation "EVERYTHING" is showing up "CLEAN".
It's "SAFE" to cancel the alert screen/s .... and which will result in the downloads page/s then being visible and all file accessible.
I think we've got all the reports we need folks .... for the time being .... otherwise we end up going round in circles here and potentially create a lot of false apprehensions and concerns.
No further reports please .... except those by our "IT specialist/s

I have a feeling it's with a virus scanner thing, i have had in the past some games or some websites that were trusted and got a pop up or a window saying so...usual,y these can be changed by going into the exceptions and adding the website(s)
