As some may recall, I did a full 737 sim flight earlier last year (link here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=KdMlwLwKT1w&t=1290s ) That flight involved jumping around doing different scenarios which is basically what they do for the first flight at FlightExperience. I decided I needed more , so I went back a second time this past fall, only this time I walked in with a complete flight plan from KATL to KMCO. You'll hear some reasons I chose that flight on the video, but it also fit very well into the 90min time frame allotted. The instructor really liked this idea as it also gave him a chance to do a full flight which he normally doesn't get to do. The first part involves programming the FMS, T/O, then approach to land. I didn't quite nail this landing as I got a bit of a xwind gust which threw me off the centerline...oh well...I'll just have to go back again! Thanks to my daughter Lauren for editing 90min down to 45m Mike Here it is: www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pu5Ip9bSq9g&t=1s

Hello Mike:
Watched your video of your recent Simulator Flight.. Looked like a great flight, yes, the landing could have been a bit better, but I know that it is not as easy as doing it with the home simulator.
As I mentioned previously, I have done a few sessions with the Sim at Threshold Aviation at CYYZ, ( as a matter of fact I have a booking this coming Sunday). Like yourself,I am really looking forward to it.
What I have been doing here, is basically doing circuits on RWY 24L so that I can get a bit more proficient with the landings. I feel that is more important than doing flight between airports. This way I can get in more time doing takeoffs and landings.
Not sure about your Sim, but the Sim here at YYZ uses the PDMG 737 NG software. I use this software at home and I do a few runs at home regularly.
Cheers; Herman
