How about an apporaching One Eleven or a turbojet 707 instead of those triple sevens, 787s and other modern jetliners? I don't think that people of today would love to live there, but aviation geeks might. Klaus

A ONE-ELEVEN spooling-up for TO would be "even better" I remember the ONE-ELEVEN's well (AIR PACIFIC) here at AKL/NZAA during the late 70's/early 80's .... "JEEZE" those things made a bloody racket/noise A "very little bird" .... but .... one with "A VERY LOUD VOICE" .... and something Benoit's new ONE-ELEVEN (and TRIDENT) sound packs we host here capture "VERY WELL" Mark C AKL/NZ

You're right, I forgot that those birds in the video were all approaching and/or landing at the airport and not climbing away from it.
Most of the HJG-fleet is/was mostly gone when I was beginning to be interested in aircrafts/aviation (the first spotting I did was in the early 2000s at my local airport, but there were mostly ATRs and 737s in Classic and NG form), which is a shame imho.
