For some reason I do not see the 737-200 displayed on the HJG Aircraft Download Page. Is it represented elsewhere???

Use links provided within the "NEW FILES RFELEASES - SEPTEMBER 30TH 2023" announcement Herman. Use the following link to that announcement on the ANNOUNCEMENTS forum page .... tonymadgehjg.proboards.com/board/16/hjg-news-announcementsLooks like you've gotten slightly behind the curve in regard to what's happening and why. Please read the "IMPORTANT NOTICE" information within the above linked announcement .... and also the "ORENTATION NOTICES" within the posting following this announcement ... and you'll understand Nothing we can do about this for the time being, but, follow the instructions provided and you'll be absolutely fine. "EVERYTHING" works well. FYI .... "ALL NEW REALEASE AND UPGRADE FILES" released since April are accessed per their respective aircraft type/file type sections over 2 pages within the following-linked new forum page .... OK....thank you Gent's....I will refer to the given links as suggested. Yes....I have been getting "behind on the HJG curve". I have had the Cantu and Tin Mouse 737-200 in my Hanger for a long time, but I will be looking forward to flying all the HJG revised Models. Thank you to all who have contributed to this Project. Replace all your original base packs with those we offer Herman .... and add our texture offerings and audio too these as well. Non-HJG released B732 textures should also work fine with these models. The original model texture mapping "HAS NOT" been altered (though the models are updated) and no additional texture BMP's are required), but, the formatting of all FLTSIM.XX data (that's the TITLE=, SIM=, UI MANUFACTUER= and TYPE=, and UI ID=) will each have to conform with that of the HJG offered project. Bear in mind also that HJG can only support the data it provides or otherwise recommends .... although we could advise in regard to engine types on the basis of a registration (in the case of non HJG offered textures). All HJG offered B732c texture releases are listed in accordance with aircraft type/engine type as evident per the following B737-200 Texture List .... tonymadgehjg.proboards.com/thread/10405/hjg-b737-200-inventoryAdditionally the correct aircraft base pack and sound pack information is stated within the ADD TO AIRCRAFT data accompanying each HJG offered B732 texture anyway .... so always refer to that that and configure your HJG offered project according to these recommendations. I've compiled a full manual for the HJG offered B732 projects as follows .... tonymadgehjg.proboards.com/thread/10406/b737-200-installation-handling-notesAll of the above should see you/everyone right. You'll find the FDE supporting each base pack is "VASTLY SUIPERIOR" to that of the long-ago original releases. Mark C AKL/NZ

Mark, I’ve noticed lately files have only been put up for download in the Hjg announcement section, will they be added to the official download pages? Just keeps it more organised and easier to find files rather than trying to go through different announcements each year

Already covered the reason/"circumstances forcing this" within each "NEW FILE RELEASES" announcement since April Alex .... and more-clearly-so within the "ORIENTATION NOTICES" following the last/most recent NEW FILES RELEASES of SEPT 30. With almost 600 files having now been released by us since April, I very much doubt there'll be a return to the former system .... and if there is then such certainly won't be happening soon or quickly. Doing so's just "too great an imposition". It's not a case of just moving data from here, to there, like putting something on another shelf somewhere else. Setting up new pages, and further extending old ones, is "a lot more technical" and time consuming than that. "Anything" released has to be "announced". The only difference now is "every file" released is also "linked into each announcement" .... before eventually being moved over to the "LASTEST FILES" forum page (its appropriate aircraft or file type section on this new forum page) for access when each successive release is announced. It's all I can do for reason of the the circumstances "dictating" the necessary action/s .... and the system "IS" working "WELL". It's all "far more convenient" Alex (for those processing, packaging, and releasing often "hundreds of files at a time") .... and especially when need arises to replace any particular file (as has happened several times already) .... and which additionally eliminates the possibility of inadvertently breaking/bumping something else previously page located (and which can happen easily) as has in fact happened in the past also. We've got to make it easy for ourselves given none of us are paid to attend to the high workload involved with running a site like HJG As stated a number of times now since April .... this's "THE NEW NORM" (for the foreseeable future) and everyone wanting access to these files is simply going to "have to" adapt accordingly.
