We had a little discussion about this one a few years ago too .... remember Gary did produce the model and a QS INC texture for it too (these were actually produced "prior to" the current HJG and later presented here around 2007 .... I think it was), but, he never released it .... as I mentioned at the time of your last query concerning this one. It's one proposition to want it .... but .... an entirely different proposition for us be able to actually be able to offer it That aircraft only ever supported WL's for a very short time duration of their testing/evaluation period .... So far as I'm aware the WL's were later removed but the aircraft did retain its S3 HK'd engines (JT3D-7's .... I think). Incidentally and for whatever it's worth: "That particular aircraft" (N717QS) .... was first delivered to CAAC (B-2410) on May 10th 1974. It was transferred to CHINA SOUTHWEST AIRLINES on August 10th 1988. It was then sold to PACIFIC AIRCRAFT SUPPORT CORP (N717QS) on June 6th 1995 .... and leased to QUIET SKIES INC .... then withdrawn from service during during 2006 and placed into storage (it was within this period it was temporarily fitted with the GRUMMAN NORTHROP designed WL's and HK'd too). Apparently it's since/more recently been scrapped Closest we/HJG ever got to WL'd B707 is this particular beast and which we do currently offer .... Mark C AKL/NZ

Understood mark, but as the picture and video provided show, this scheme did see the aircraft without the winglets, I know historical modeled aircraft/repaint combos are important here which is why I proposed the idea again.

I was initially commenting in regard to a WL featured model (largely from memory) .... tired and constantly interrupted today though I did (believe it or not) miss your "without WL's comment" As I last replied though .... I was aware the WL's had been removed from that particular aircraft On the basis on a "non-WL 3D model" the requested texture "could be done" (using our "HK3" model) .... provided someone with the ability to enable such happening is sufficiently interested to want to do so Mark C AKL/NZ
