Would appreciate some instructions on how to post a picture. Consider that I am not real computer lit, I read the instructions that you gave emange and he/she apparently understood what you said, but I tried what I thought you said and it did not work. Thanks much thingy

Welcome aboard "OLDNGRAY" ! What you need to do is 1. Upload your images to a host account like "PHOTOBUCKET". 2. Select the picture frame logo from the "ADD TAGS" menu bar (available only when you log-in to "REPLY" or "START NEW POST"). It will display the following icons on your message. [/img][/b] 3. Paste the URL link for the particular image you want to display between these 2 sets of brackets 4. Ensure there are no gaps or spaces in the text you are pasting between these brackets. 5. Post your message on the forum .... as per normal. Do this for each image you plan to share with us .... and that should see you right for displaying pictures Mark C AKL/NZ

I don't know about the other hosting sites but........If you use Photobucket there are three options The bottom one is the one you need it has the tag added already you don't need to add anything to them on the post, just copy and paste the whole bottom link in. Garry

You can use the bottom option of course, but, on the old forum I consistently ran into problems using it. That is why I tend to advocate using the top URL only .... and encourage folk to pasting it between the 2 IMG brackets. Doing things this way I've never .... ever .... had another issue since Mark C AKL/NZ
