Great! Finally a repaint of this very rare livery! Very good work!
BTW, I have a picture of this plane where the fuselage VARIG and PP-VJA seems to be painted in blue.

Here it is: and one more On the model found on the link below, only "VARIG" is painted in blue, which is more consistent with Varig tradition. www.brinkley.cc/PhotoData/AC18045A.htmCan't wait to fly this bird!

I think I know what's happening there.
This particular image was taken during roll-out .... at which point the aircrafts lower fuselage still supports the protective layer/coating applied to most natural metal surfaces. I've seen production photos of aircraft supporting both green-ish, yellow-ish, and blue-ish hues .... just as appears in the above image. This stuff would ultimately be washed off prior to flight testing and delivery.
All VARIG aircraft during this era supported an in-service livery which comprised of natural metal lower fuselage surface .... as per the model imagery aboe. The wing surfaces on VARIG's B707-420's were natural metal and grey .... though in some images the grey parts may appear white due to cloud reflection etc. Only the upper fuselage, tail, pylons and engines were white.
An interesting historical fact about VARIG BRAZILLIAN AIRLINES: The airline took delivery of it's first B707-441 on June 23rd 1960. As a result of its take-over of REAL AEROVIAS during the 1960's the airline inherited that airlines CV990 order. Another take-over of PANAIR DO BRASIL also during the early 1960's saw the airline acquire that airlines DC8-30's. As a result VARIG became the only airline in the world to operate a combined fleet comprising of B707, CV990, & DC8 jetliners .... whilst also operating the SUD CARAVELLE as well.

YEAH .... you're right ! I didn't notice that before. That photo might have been taken when the aircraft was fresh from the paintshop .... maybe the nacelles had just been striped/banded Mark C AKL/NZ

Also has the low tail and lacks the ventral in the roll out pic. Added by the time of the flying pic
Looks like the engines are not installed yet rather than part missing and that is just the empty nacelles
