I'm not familiar with the GPS that is featured with the DC-8 panel, though I love the rest of the panel. Does anyone have any instructions on how to use it in conjunction with a FS2004 flight plan? Feel free to email me if you like. Thanks kindly,

Personally .... I've never used it I don't think you're missing much by not using it I regard GPS with some degree of contempt .... only because I prefer pre INS and GPS era navigation Mark C AKL/NZ

First, on the GPS unit itself, use the ENT button to toggle between GPS and NAV mode. The GPS will display either 'NAV' or 'GPS' right above the ENT button.
Then switch the autopilot NAV SELECTOR to 'EXT NAV' to have it follow the GPS signal (assuming you have created and/or loaded a GPS flight plan in FS9).
