What's this yellow handle between the F/O's left arm rest and the pedestal for?

That big yellow knob attached to the lever next to the first officer is the gust lock. When the lever is pulled down it locks the elevator and rudder in place, and moves a mechanical stop into position just forward of #2 and 3 throttles. John
