Hey,
I know I maybe stupid or whatever you call me but again, something had crop up my way.
I can use the HJG Boeing 707 aircraft before but after I set the configuration of the aircraft setting, (FSX Main>Settings) Setting Display; Frame Rate; Global Texture resolution; Lens Flare; Advance Animation; Aircraft Setting- Default cockpit Vies- I select 2D View; I select; Aircraft shadows on the ground; Aircraft landing lights illuminate ground.
then when I click at the Boeing 707 aircraft, it load, and it suddenly says: "A Fatal Error Occur." and the next thing is "Microsoft Flight Simulator is restarting.". I am using Windows Vista Home Premium, My FSX had been update to SP2. P.S) ONLY HJG aircraft cannot be use. Others add on aircraft like B737-300,400 B777 B767 and B757 etc can work normally.

There may be some issues with Vista... the best current advice is to back-up your fsx.cfg and remove it, and let FS built you a new one next time it starts up. That has helped some to avoid those crashes...

That has helped some to avoid those crashes... Do you mean that I copy a fsx.cfg and paste it on the desktop and delete the fsx.cfg on the aircraft folder and let FS built?

Try to compare your backup with the newly created one. Especially this part:
[Main] User Objects=Airplane, Helicopter SimObjectPaths.0=SimObjects\Airplanes SimObjectPaths.1=SimObjects\Rotorcraft
etc. etc.

You didn't read my post.... the FSX.cfg file NOT the aircraft.cfg file.... please read what I post, and don't make assumptions.... Please!
And before you ask. the FSX.cfg can be found here:
"C:\Documents and Settings\<USER>\Application Data\Microsoft\FSX\"
Make sure you are able to see system- and hidden files as well...
