I second that notion! Also perhaps a 63 series. I want to recreate the my first memorable charter flight. I know this has been requested before a couple of times. If I had the talent I would do it myself. The long lost 8 of Atlantis!

I confirm that the 2 ATLANTIS DC8's (plus another ATLANTIS hybrid) are currently being looked at by Gilles MERCIER .... and will become available here as soon as he has time to complete them.

Just for kicks and giggles, how about applying the Delta 880 full white fuselage Golden Crown (yes thats what it was called back then) paint scheme to the early DC-8. A sort of what if.......or turn around is fair play. After all, eventually Delta painted the 880 in the DC-8 widget scheme (to much moaning and groaning from the employees).

Sorry !!!!
When we salvaged HJG (some 2 years ago) we made a conscious decision to focus exclusively upon realworld liveries.
If it hasn't ever appeared in the realworld .... then it's not on our agenda here.
However .... there's nothing stopping any of our painters to paint such a livery and release it to public websites outside HJG .... if they feel so inclined to do so.

With that in mind, forgive the obvious question about the availablility of the ole' "paint kit". I have not seen anything listed as such in any of the download files. I presume I would have to "rework" the existing DC-8 textures as required to bring the 880 paint over to the "8".
