I'd have thought that an UNINSTALL/REMOVE icon would normally continue appearing, if not showing as a DESKTOP icon, somewhere within the internal file structure .... PROGRAMS/MICROSOFT .... or whatever the route is (I'm well away from FS9 at the moment and can't check) .... unless you've inadvertantly deleted it.
Also .... some programs, though I don't know if it's the case with FS9 because I've never yet had to uninstall it, will offer a remove/uninstall option upon reinserting one or other of the program CD's into the CD-ROM/DVD Drive

I think the trouble might be relative to my having 2 FS2004 games in my computer- in separate drives.
I have seen that the default location is the place that the computer first acknowledges, but with manipulation of the windows, I can get the right game opened for insertion of new files, etc.

I see no icon anywhere to do this.
If you are trying to UN-install FS9 (FS2004), go to your Control Panel; double-click on Add or Remove Programs; scroll down to: Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004 A Century of Flight; left click on it and Remove.

YEAH .... what "SKYKING" sais is practical too .... but .... in the absence of any UNINSTALL ICON anywhere .... it's probably best to try inserting one or other of the program installation CD-ROM's to see if these present any UNINSTALL option at all. Again I can't get within 500 miles of FS9 at the moment to check things out for myself ! Mark C AKL/NZ
