I am a registered member but for some reason cannot access any downloads. For instance, if I click on some version of a 707 the screen flickers quickly then remains at the download page. Tried many times, many a/c but cannot get past that screen. Regards

"JOHNNO" .... I do sympathize with your situation, but, this's got to be happening on account of something within your own system .... internet/browser settings. There's nothing we (HJG) can do about this .... since I confirm both the downloads page, and all its subsequent aircraft type downloads pages, remain perfectly accessible. Are you broadband or dial-up ? If you still use dial-up .... then you can expect some aircraft downloads pages ("B707-320C" in particular) to be slow opening due to the size of those pages. In this case also only half of the page may sometimes open .... but .... upon exiting then re-selecting these pages they should completely load at the 2nd (or even 3rd attempt) attempt. Once again that's dial-up only. Others should be perfectly fine. Since this experience is unrelated to the HJG website itself .... if anyone has intelligent advice for "JOHNNO" then please feel free to advise. Mark C AKL/NZ

Turn off POP-up blocking for the HJG website maybe?
Or hold down CTRL while clicking the link...

Actually .... I do now very vaguely recall this happened to 1 other person .... more than 1 year ago !!!!
It was reported on this forum.
"IF" my memory serves me correctly .... I can't be absolutely sure because it was such a while ago now and such a very rare occurrence at that .... this other persons similar problem was caused by their internet security settings.

Thanks guys. I have B'band and a top end computer with XP plus a 9600 card & 3GB RAM. Have no probs at all at any other site. However after more tries I find I can open the files by simply right clicking and selecting open. Why didn't I think of that before? Now I can enjoy flights in my new 707 in which I covered many miles way back in the 60's Love this site. Regards
