What does this mean : (2) Copy the texture folder to the appropriate aircraft. (3) Open the aircraft.cfg and add the [fltsim.xx] section that was in the add to aircraft.txt file that came with the repaint, making sure to edit the "xx" to the next number in sequence. I dont know where ya put number 2 and find number 3??? There is no aircraft files on that site to get??? Also...Whats "next number in sequence." mean??? Thank you

this is an example of what your aircraft cfg file should look like with the texture folder installed in your aircraft base folder hope this helps
// Add your [fltsim.xx] sections here. // Remember to start with 0 (zero). // Copyright Historic Jetliners Group. No uploading of HJG materials to any website without prior approval.

Make sure you have the base pack first for your particular texture/repaint then then go into Local Disk C/Program Files/Microsoft Games/Flight Simulator 9/Aircraft/HJG Boeing KC-135A v5/ or what ever variant you have, make sure you have the right texture for the right aircraft base pack, go into aircraft cfg and then paste in your texture aircraft cfg, which is in the texture folder, into aircraft cfg, change [fltsim.xx] to [fltsim.0] then any other textures for this aircraft would then be number [fltsim.1] [fltsim.2] and so on, according to how many textures you have for this aircraft, but just make sure you have the right texture for the right base pack, as I believe there is 4 base packs for the KC-135 ranging from A/D/E/R, if you don't have the right textures in the right aircraft, it may not show on you flightsim, hope this helps you. and if anyone thinks I've gone wrong please let me know, but I believe this to be the right way ;D ;D

if you go to this page tonymadgehjg.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=hjgaircraftlistings it not only tells you what textures go with what aircraft, but also the panel, and aircraft sound as well, what I have done is printed off the list of aircraft panels and sounds, so that I then know which aircraft has the right panel, sound, etc, to date I have downloaded all the Boeing types, whether military or civilian, all the textures I liked, plus all the panels, and all the sound files, one thing with the panels, make sure that you definitely download the panel core files otherwise your panel won't show up properly with the gauges, any problems, lets us know, and we will help where ever possible, this page for HJG C135 sounds tonymadgehjg.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=hjgaircraftlistings&action=display&thread=1562 and this one for HJG C135 Panels tonymadgehjg.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=hjgaircraftlistings&action=display&thread=1560 that's a good start, I have up to 8 textures on just one aircraft, and numbering that way they all show up in FS9, Well Done

As someone who recently gone the other way MSFS to MSTS.... I find MSFS much more organized in terms of folder structure. I can have all my Boeing 707's textures. .mdl's, panel, sound in one folder. In MSTS you have all your EMD GP9's in separate folders. Plus as a painter it's a pain having to rename all the .ace files, and then have to un-compress the .s file change the .ace file names within the file, then re-compress the file. Not to mention making new .eng / .wag, &.sd files, just to add another loco or car with another number. Give it time time, you will be able to add downloaded add-on's in no time. The best thing in MSFS is don't have to go and waste time in the consist / route editor just to have your plane show-up...... Good Luck!
